How does the Energy Compass work?

The Energy Compass maps the balance between workload and energy sources. Think of workload, stress factors, autonomy, peer support, and more. By regularly measuring how employees feel, you can make targeted adjustments where necessary.

There are three scans available in the Xpert Suite that together provide a complete picture:

  • PMO (Periodic Medical Examination): what is the state of physical and mental health?
  • PSA (Psychosocial Workload): which psychosocial factors cause pressure or tension?
  • WBO (Work Experience Survey): how involved, satisfied and motivated are employees?

These insights are conveniently presented in one integral dashboard - so you immediately see where attention needs to be focused.
